John Glaze has completed boiler inspection services for a wide range of organisations in the public and private sectors and for individual owners.
He provides one-off inspections where needed, but also ongoing services, particularly for members of steam heritage organisations.

Recent and past projects
I completed the boiler inspection and commissioning of the LNER A1 Pacific locomotive 60163 ‘Tornado’ between 2006 and 2009.

For the locomotive Ex.BR(W) 9466 owned by Dennis Howells (see the image below), I was the consultant for the boiler overhaul, to bring it up to main-line standards.
